Technology giant Philips (NYSE:PHG) issued a warning on its BrightView XCT diagnostic imaging systems after a patient and a technician were hit by a falling component. The technician had been attempting to maneuver the “flat panel detector sensor” on the system, according to a report filed with Australia’s Therapeutic Good Administration.
