Berlin, July 1, 2013 - Dr. Mathias P. Schlichting, member and chairman of the Supervisory Board of MOLOGEN AG, resigned from office today due to health reasons as previously announced. After co-ordination with the remaining members of the Supervisory Board the Executive Board has decided today to nominate Stefan ten Doornkaat, independent lawyer, Düsseldorf, as successor for a term lasting until the ordinary annual general meeting in 2014. The application for the judicial appointment will be filed today. After the appointment the remaining members of the Supervisory Board and Mr ten Doornkaat intend to elect Gregor Kunz as the new Chairman of the Supervisory Board.
