Mr. Pinto, who has more than 15 years of software sales and business development experience in the life sciences and related industries, will direct sales efforts for Model N’s suite of revenue management software solutions for life sciences.

Mr. Pinto has a proven track record of solid growth at both entrepreneurial and Fortune 100 companies in the life sciences industry. He has developed and directed numerous sales organizations focused on delivering high value business solutions. Most recently, Mr. Pinto served as vice president of sales at Octagon Solutions, a leading software and services provider of business process management solutions. Prior to Octagon, he was the vice president of strategic sales and general manager of life sciences at iMany, an enterprise contract management software company. Mr. Pinto also has worked for Accenture, Bristol-Myers Squibb, and Wyeth, where he led teams developing advantage through the adoption of enabling technologies such as CRM and ERP systems. Mr. Pinto holds an MBA from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Computer Science from Lafayette College in Easton, Pennsylvania.
