MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--MOCON, Inc. (Nasdaq:MOCO) announced today that on May 17, 2007, its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of eight cents ($0.08) per share, payable on August 17, 2007, to shareholders of record on August 3, 2007. This is a seven percent increase over the previous rate of seven and one-half cents per share.
