Mispro Biotech Services, a contract vivarium company with a network of locations in the U.S. and Canada, has recently opened the doors to a brand-new vivarium research facility located off of Gateway Blvd. in the heart of South San Francisco’s life sciences corridor. Mispro’s coworking facility offers access to research space for preclinical rodent studies and includes comprehensive animal care and compliance oversight services, enabling biopharma companies to conduct and control their own early-stage in vivo work in a world-class facility.
“Expansion of our network into South San Francisco is an incredible opportunity to serve the Bay Area’s fastest-growing life sciences cluster. This biopharma corridor is thriving with energy and innovation, and we look forward to contributing to this great community,” said Philippe Lamarre, CEO of Mispro.
Mispro’s vivarium facility offers multiple options for research space and functionality, including entry-level flex-space for earlier-stage companies and private rooms and suites for companies further along in development. The facility also offers modern and spacious common areas where clients can hold meetings, grab a bite to eat, and catch up on work outside of the lab. Adds Lamarre, “our primary focus as a company is to enable research organizations to launch studies quickly and affordably, and to give them an environment and services that contributes to the long-term success of their studies.”
Mispro will be hosting a webinar ‘What is a Contract Vivarium?’ at 1pm PST on Thursday, June 25. Register here.
