July 27, 2010 -- Merck Sharp & Dohme (MSD), the international arm of US big pharma Merck, signed a letter of mutual intent with Sinopharm (China National Pharmaceutical Group Corporation) to cooperate on a vaccine for human papillomavirus (HPV).
