Medtronic, Inc. Unit Physio-Control Agrees to Consent Decree with FDA

NEW YORK, April 28 (Reuters) - A unit of Medtronic Inc has reached agreement on a consent decree with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration about quality system improvements for external defibrillator products, the company said on Monday.
