SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., March 22, 2011 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Medicis (NYSE:MRX) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarter-end cash dividend of $0.08 per issued and outstanding share of its Common Stock payable on April 29, 2011, to stockholders of record at the close of business on April 1, 2011. This represents an increase of approximately 33% compared to the Company’s previous $0.06 quarterly dividend. The Company’s last quarterly dividend increase was in March 2010.
