The full line of single-use bags are engineered as an expedient, practical and cost-effective alternative to rigid-walled containers. Each collection container can be customer fabricated to meet unique application requirements with a wide variety of bag sizes and tubing/connector configurations.

The Flexible Packing Systems product line is equipped with collection containers for various applications, including media storage and delivery, harvest and recovery of cells, downstream protein purification, waste containment, fermentation and WFI (Water for Injection) quality water. The collection containers are available in sizes ranging from 50 mL to 2000 L. Configuration options for both the pillow and 3-D gusseted bags include hanging designs as well as manifold systems with a selection of various tubing and filter assemblies. The bags are manufactured through a cGMP, USP, ASTM, ISO Certified and Animal Component Free process. All four of the films offered in Mediatech’s Flexible Packaging line meet USP Class VI Requirements and can be customarily configured to any of the collection containers.
