ZURICH, Jan 17 (Reuters) - Swiss specialty chemicals company Lonza (LONN.VX: Quote, Profile, Research) has bought the bioproducts manufacturing division of Belgium’s UCB (UCBBt.BR: Quote, Profile, Research) for 120 million euros ($145.7 million), Lonza said in a statement on Tuesday.
