Johnson & Johnson Unit Recalls 384,000 Insulin-Pump Cartridges

DOW JONES NEWSWIRES -- Johnson & Johnson's (JNJ) Animas unit has recalled more than 384,000 potentially leaky insulin-pump cartridges in the U.S. and France while saying the issue could lead to serious consequences including death.
