JADAK Broadens Machine Vision Capabilities for Improved Speed and Mechanical Precision

Adds Smart Cameras to Complement Existing Solutions
SYRACUSE, N.Y. September 7, 2018 - JADAK, a business unit of Novanta Corporation, announced yesterday that it has significantly enhanced its machine vision capability by adding the Imaging Solutions Group (ISG) smart cameras and imaging systems to its existing portfolio. The business expects this will result in improved accuracy, precision, and speed of its machine vision solutions for medical equipment manufacturers. The ISG team, based in Rochester, New York, joins JADAK and brings its engineering expertise in designing custom applications for customers. The company is engaged in the business of designing, customizing, and manufacturing high-end video imaging platforms and smart camera systems for industrial, medical, and commercial original equipment manufacturers.

The Allegro USB3 and Allegro GiGE cameras provide compact footprints, high resolution, high performance, flexibility and programmability for Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) system designers.
