Butler as General Manager, Engineering and Principal. Mr. Butler, with his extensive industry expertise and technical knowledge, will be responsible for the strategic direction of IPS’ Engineering Division, market and client development, account management, quality, staff development and risk management. In addition, he joins John Gilroy, PE and Dave Goswami, PE to form the Engineering Leadership Team to grow IPS’ design and engineering division.
