BIRMINGHAM, Ala.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Integrated Medical Systems International, Inc. (IMS) announced it has been awarded a two-year contract extension for endoscope and instrument repair services from Novation, the leading health care supply chain expertise, analytics and contracting company for the more than 65,000 members and affiliates of VHA Inc., UHC, Children’s Hospital Association and Provista. The new agreement is effective Sept. 1, 2013 to Aug. 31, 2015.
