The appointment further expands the growing business development team at Confab. In her role, Gudz will implement strategies and tactics to enrich the experience for the company’s current clients, strengthen existing partnerships and grow its client base. She is skilled at fostering interdepartmental collaboration to achieve customer satisfaction and corporate profitability. Gudz will help to promote the global capabilities of Confab’s world-class, cGMP compliant facility , located in Quebéc.
Gudz has extensive pharmaceutical experience as well as knowledge of business-to-business development and customer care strategies. Before joining Confab, she served as director of business development at Jubilant HollisterStier in Montreal, QC, Canada. In addition to receiving an MBA from the Richard Ivey Business School at the University of Western Ontario, Gudz is an accredited client associate facilitator with Miller Heiman for Strategic Selling® and Conceptual Selling®.
