New B-share subscriptions, total 15.000 pcs, based on the company's stock option program II 2013 approved by the Board of Directors of Biohit Oyj, have been entered into the trade register today. The share subscription price was three (3) euros per share. The nominal value of the share, 2.550 euros, will be recorded in equity and the rest (42.450 euros) in the invested unrestricted equity fund.
