ImmunoCellular Therapeutics Ltd.'s president and chief executive, Manish Singh, has resigned and the company’s chief scientific officer and chairman, John S. Yu, will take on the roles on an interim basis until a permanent successor is selected. Shares of the drug developer were down 14% at $2.50 in recent after-hours trading Monday. Through the close, the stock had more than doubled this year. The company didn’t provide a reason for the departure, and a company spokesman wasn’t immediately available to comment.
