BOSTON, Oct 10 (Reuters) - Biotechnology company ImClone Systems Inc. (IMCL.O: Quote, Profile, Research) said on Tuesday that its chairman, David Kies, has resigned -- a move that follows intense pressure from billionaire investor Carl Icahn.
