Guampdn -- A management shift at Hotel Santa Fe will not mean any layoffs at the Agana Bay hotel. Effective Wednesday, Hawaii-based Castle Resorts and Hotels no longer will manage the property. Instead, the hotel will be self-managed, said Mumi Mortera, Santa Fe assistant general manager.
