A highrise landmark could serve as the real estate genesis for a new generation of space-starved biotech companies.
Rebranded as Genesis South San Francisco, the former Centennial Towers project along Highway 101 also leapfrogs a list of entitled biotech campus projects. That means new owner Phase 3 Real Estate Partners could have the entire six floors of office space converted to labs — and spoken for by tenants — before other projects wrap up construction.
