Healthnostics Announces Machine Manufacturing Subsidiary

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - May 16, 2011) - Healthnostics, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: HNSS) announced Microfill Corporation, the Company’s new machine manufacturing subsidiary. Microfill Corporation taps a lucrative market by capitalizing on the Company’s state-of-the-art Microfill-2160 Fill-And-Seal technology.

The Company is proceeding with patents for the technology, which becomes immediately protected under “patent pending” laws.

Microfill-2160 is designed to produce 2,160 medical pads per minute, which is nearly three times faster than other similar machines in use today. With a footprint substantially smaller than other machines, it is designed to take up less clean-room space, and be manageable by fewer operators. The cornerstones of the concept are speed, space, and labor benefits that significantly reduce manufacturing costs.

The Company weighed the impact of selling machines to competitors in the medical pad business and determined that this activity is more than offset by the significant benefits, including:

1. The fill-and-seal market encompasses myriad products of all shapes, sizes, materials, and substances, of which the medical pad business is a small part. 2. The Company expects the machine manufacturing business to garner revenue many times greater than the pad business. 3. Because the Company’s technology is exclusive due to patent law, the machine manufacturing business will have substantially higher margins than the medical pad business. 4. The technology will allow the Company to develop and create numerous derivative machines that will broaden the market even further.
