Hanger Orthopedic Group, Inc. Completes Exchange Offer of 7 1/8% Senior Notes Due 2018

AUSTIN, Texas, Dec. 30, 2010/PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Hanger Orthopedic Group, Inc. (NYSE: HGR) today announced that it has completed its previously announced offer to exchange all of its outstanding $200,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 7 1/8% Senior Notes due 2018 for new 7 1/8% Senior Notes due 2018 that have been registered under the Securities Act of 1933. All of the outstanding Senior Notes due 2018 were tendered in the exchange offer, which expired on December 28, 2010.
