AUSTIN, Texas, Feb. 17, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Hanger, Inc. (NYSE: HGR) today announced that it will restate its previously-issued unaudited interim financial information for the quarterly periods ended March 31, 2014, March 31, 2013, September 30, 2013, December 31, 2013 and March 31, 2012; and the year-to-date periods ended June 30, 2014, June 30, 2013, September 30, 2013 and June 30, 2012. The Company’s Audit Committee made the decision to restate these prior periods in consultation with management. The restatements are due to errors identified in these financial statements for these periods. Accordingly, investors should no longer rely upon the Company’s previously released financial information for these periods and any press releases or other shareholder communications that relate to that information.
