GroGenesis Announces New Independent Board Director

SPRINGVILLE, TN--(Marketwired - October 23, 2015) - GroGenesis, Inc. (OTCQB: GROG), a developer and manufacturer of all-natural and sustainable agricultural enhancement products, announced today the appointment of Jerry Platt, Ph.D. to the Board of Directors effective immediately.

Dr. Jerry Platt has a long career in academia and business with emphasis on International Business, Public Policy and Finance. Currently a professor of Global Business at Akita International University in Japan, Dr. Platt is the former Dean of the School of Business at the University of Redlands and the former Dean at the College of Business at San Francisco State University. Dr. Platt also has been a CEO and consults internationally. He has a Ph.D. in Public Policy from Ohio State University; an MBA in Finance from Wayne State University; and an M.S. in Statistics from Stanford University.
