Germans Say Brexit May Harm the Economy But Not Their Job: Chart

Germany’s labor market has shrugged off many risks over the years, and Brexit may just be the next in line. A survey by GfK showed while citizens are worried the U.K.’s vote to leave the European Union will harm economic growth, 95 percent predict their job is safe. Unemployment, already at the lowest level since reunification, probably declined for a 12th month in July, according to a Bloomberg survey of economists ahead of data due at 9:55 a.m. Frankfurt time.
