The OTC did not update their records that First China Pharmaceutical Group, Inc.'s year end had been changed to December 31, something they were informed of in May 2011 The OTC will have the “E” removed from the Company’s symbol as soon as possible but did not specify a date. The Board and the OTC apologize for any inconvenience caused by this oversight.
