Ferring Pharmaceuticals Extends Its Heart to Heart Video Contest

PARSIPPANY, N.J., May 29, 2013 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Today, Ferring Pharmaceuticals announced the extension of its 2013 Heart to Heart Video Contest, which gives parents a chance to win up to $15,000 toward their child’s education. The contest encourages patients who have struggled with infertility to share their story of becoming a parent. The Heart to Heart Contest will now close on August 31, 2013. Contestants can submit a creative video that shows the steps they took to achieve the dream of parenthood; videos can be submitted on www.hearttoheartcontest.com.

Entries received by the extended deadline of August 31, 2013 will be reviewed by a committee comprised of Ferring employees and individuals from third-party and patient advocacy organizations who will select the top five finalists. The public will then be invited to vote for their favorite video on www.hearttoheartcontest.com. The video submission with the most votes will win $15,000, while the remaining finalists will each win $2,000 towards their child’s education.
