TRENTON — A manager at a northern New Jersey medical devices firm is going to prison for nine months for his role in a scheme to defraud hospitals out of more than $800,000.
A federal judge in Trenton on Thursday also sentenced 34-year-old Daniel Metz of Fairfield to nine months of home confinement.
The judge also sentenced 35-year-old Charles Carey Jr. of Clark to three years of probation.
