Establishment Labs Finalizes Distribution Agreement with Puregraft LLC

Establishment Labs Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: ESTA), a medical technology company focused on women’s health, initially in the breast aesthetics and reconstruction market, today announced it has finalized an amendment to its distribution agreement with Puregraft LLC for Puregraft’s line of products for autologous adipose tissue harvesting and redistribution.

SANTA BARBARA, Calif., Sept. 25, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Establishment Labs Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: ESTA), a medical technology company focused on women’s health, initially in the breast aesthetics and reconstruction market, today announced it has finalized an amendment to its distribution agreement with Puregraft LLC for Puregraft’s line of products for autologous adipose tissue harvesting and redistribution. This amended agreement, which now will continue through the end of 2022, modifies the terms of the original distribution agreement that had terminated earlier this year.
