STOCKHOLM, Sweden--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Regulatory News: Elekta has signed an agreement to sell its 49 percent stake in Motala Verkstad AB. The buyer is Qeep Group. Motala Verkstad supplies a subsystem of the Leksell Gamma Knife ® and is also responsible for coordinating transportation of subsystems to Elekta’s customers. In order to develop the business in Motala Verkstad, Elekta has been looking for a stable majority owner.
