Elbit Medical Imaging Ltd. Announces an Upgrade in Rating of its Series A, B, C and D Notes

TEL AVIV, Israel, June 18 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Elbit Medical Imaging Ltd. ("EMI") , announced today that Maalot -- The Israel Securities Rating Company Ltd., an affiliate of Standard & Poor's Rating Services, has informed EMI that it has approved an upgrade of EMI's rating from "A" to "A+/Stable," on a local scale, for the existing Series A, B, C and D Notes, as well as for a future series of E Notes, which EMI proposes to issue for the raising of up to an additional NIS 530 million in debt.

The securities offered or to be offered have not been and will not be registered under the U.S. Securities Act of 1933, as amended, and may not be offered or sold in the United States absent registration or an applicable exemption from registration requirements.
