April 12 (Reuters) - DOR BioPharma Inc. (DORB.OB: Quote, Profile , Research) on Thursday rejected a takeover offer from Cell Therapeutics Inc. (CTIC.O: Quote, Profile , Research), saying the price was inadequate.
