City Council on Thursday approved a five-year contract extension for San Jose, California-based InCube Labs LLC to give the medical technology company time to meet its 50-employee obligation.
The company, which operates five biomedical firms in San Antonio, employs only eight people. The initial five-year contract would have expired Aug. 3.
