Constitution Medical Investors Inc., a Boston-based biotech and medical device company, raised all of a $12.35 million equity offering, according to a filing with the U.S. Securities Exchange Commission. The company did not reveal how it would use the money, except to note in the filing that $1.865 million of the gross proceeds have been or are proposed to be used to pay executive officers, directors or promoters named in the filing.
