Cohera Medical, Inc., a rapidly growing medical device company developing a suite of novel surgical adhesives, has announced that it has been awarded a U.S. patent on its innovative surgical adhesive. The technology, developed at the University of Pittsburgh by Drs. Eric Beckman and Michael Buckley, provides a platform for strong, resorbable adhesives for use inside the body.
