Clongen announced that the clinical laboratory received accreditation from the CAP.

The goal of the CAP program is to improve patient safety by advancing the quality of pathology and laboratory services through education and strict standards.  During the accreditation process, inspectors meticulously examine the clinical laboratory's records and quality control procedures.  They also assess the laboratory's staff qualifications, equipment, facilities, safety program, and overall management to ensure it meets CAP's diverse and stringent requirements.
