The FDA cleared CivaSheet™ registration was issued by the State of N.C. Division of Health Service Regulation (DHSR), Radiation Protection Sections (RPS) which is now maintained by the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) in the National Sealed Source and Device Registry (NSSDR).
