Reuters -- Church & Dwight Co Inc (CHD.N) on Thursday said Abbott Laboratories Inc (ABT.N) will pay the company $27 million to settle patent litigation related to pregnancy diagnostic test kits, according to a regulatory filing. Abbott Laboratories, SurModics Inc (SRDX.O) and Church & Dwight, reached a settlement agreement on Sept. 17, the household and personal-care products maker said in a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
