RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Centice Corporation, a pioneer in narcotic and pharmaceutical identification using Raman spectroscopy technology, today announced the release of version 5.5 of its drug identification software, which includes 64 new additions to the Centice Narcotic Library. The new drugs include synthetic phenethylamines (psychotic stimulants), cathinones (bath salts), and synthetic cannabinoids (used to manufacture synthetic marijuana commonly referred to as “spice”) as well as new cutting agents and precursors.
