COLUMBIA, Md.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--CELSION CORPORATION (AMEX:CLN) announced today that it has received confirmation from the American Stock Exchange (AMEX) that the Company has resolved the continued listing deficiencies cited in a letter from the AMEX dated June 14, 2006. As previously disclosed, the Company submitted a plan, which was accepted by the Amex on August 31, 2006, to achieve compliance with the continued listing standards of the AMEX by December 14, 2007.
