ALAMEDA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Celera (NASDAQ:CRA) today reported net revenues of $43.4 million for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2008, compared to $10.2 million in the prior year quarter. The fourth quarter fiscal 2008 results included net revenues from Berkeley HeartLab, Inc. (BHL) and Atria Genetics Inc., which were acquired during the second quarter of fiscal 2008. Excluding revenues from these acquisitions, Celera’s net revenues for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2008 were $15.0 million.
