Somerset, NJ – December 1, 2011 — Michelle Messier-Dort, Senior Global Category Manager at Catalent Pharma Solutions, will present “Leveraging Market Intelligence to Support Intelligent Global Sourcing” at the Global Pharma Outsourcing Conference being held in Philadelphia, PA on December 6-7, 2011. Ms. Messier-Dort’s presentation will cover such areas as:
- Identifying and evaluating sources of information and business intelligence;
- Evolving the value proposition using business intelligence in global supply networks; and
- Utilizing market intelligence to support cost analyses of the global supplier base.
Since joining Catalent in 2005, Ms. Messier-Dort held various roles in strategic procurement for Catalent’s Softgel business. In 2007 she joined the Global Procurement Organization as the Senior Global Category Manager responsible for the strategic evaluation, implementation and monitoring of critical supply management decisions for Catalent’s global business segments. Prior to Catalent, Ms. Messier-Dort held various management roles in Procurement, Operations and Administration with proven achievements in cost reductions, process improvement and supplier management, having direct impact on the business financial goals.
Ms. Messier-Dort has a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Administration from Northeastern University, Boston.
