ROCHESTER, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Carestream’s newest version of Image Suite Software has received FDA 510(k) Clearance for a Tablet Viewer option that allows viewing of X-ray imaging studies on the iPad 2. This capability is now available in many countries around the world. Users of Carestream’s latest version of Image Suite Software can add the Tablet Viewer Option, while users of previous generations of Image Suite software can upgrade to the newest software to gain access to the Tablet Viewer and other advanced features.
