Revenues of $38.9 million in the third quarter increased 0.5 percent from $38.7 million in the comparable prior-year period. The Company reported a net loss of $2.1 million, or $0.09 per share, for the third fiscal quarter versus net income of $1.5 million, or $0.07 per share, in the corresponding period last year.
