WAYLAND, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Candela Corporation (NASDAQ:CLZR) today reported results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended June 30, 2007. Revenues of $39.0 million in the fourth quarter declined from $41.3 million in the prior year period. The company estimates that approximately $4.7 million of GentleMax™ orders were in final product testing and therefore did not ship during the fourth quarter, but have subsequently shipped in the first fiscal quarter. The lower revenues resulted in a net loss for the fourth quarter of $727,000, or $0.03 per share, compared with net income of $2.4 million, or $0.10 per share, for the same period last year.
