PRINCETON, N.J. & MILAN, Italy--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Bracco Group today finalized the acquisition of E-Z-EM, Inc., a major manufacturer of contrast media and medical devices for gastrointestinal (GI) radiology. The acquisition, which was announced on October 30, 2007, is valued at more than $241 million.
