DURHAM, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Bioventus, a global leader in orthobiologic solutions, today announced it has acquired BioStructures LLC, a proprietary developer and marketer of bioresorbable bone graft products for a broad range of spinal and orthopaedic surgical applications. The agreement includes the entire portfolio of products as well as its research and development pipeline. In addition, employees of BioStructures will be given offers to join Bioventus. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
