Crains Manchester Business -- Manchester's smaller biotech companies are holding their breath in the wake of yet more job cuts at pharmaceutical giant AstraZeneca. The company, which has major operations in Macclesfield and Alderley Park in Cheshire, last month revealed plans to cut a further 8,000 jobs worldwide, though declined to say which sites would be affected.
