The chief executive officer of Tandem Technologies says plans call for the biotech company to begin hiring workers sometime in January or February."We’re looking at 20 employees coming on after the first of the year,” said Rick Hodgins. He said the number could easily rise to 100 at a later point.Tuesday Hodgins and Tommy Harlan, CEO of Emergent Technologies, which plans to send a lot of business to the planned biotech center in McAlester, presented a program to the McAlester Rotary Club.Afterwards, Hodgins spoke with the McAlester News-Capital about the status of Tandem Technologies’ plans for McAlester.
