Austin biotechnological company Zoltan Laboratories and its two subsidiaries are transferring major parts of their businesses to Michigan. The state of Michigan has provided financial and professional help to establish a state-of-the-art facility for research and development devoted to further drug development and testing, said Zoltan Kiss, chief executive officer and president.
